Dear Parents,
I am delighted to share with you all that Miss Foord and Miss Sanchez have both had their babies!
Miss Foord gave birth to Arthur, pictured right, on Wednesday 27th October and he weighed 6lb 13oz.
Miss Sanchez had a baby girl, named Luna, on Monday 8th November.
Both new mothers and their babies are doing well and they are making the most of this special time together.
At school, we are all desperate to meet Arthur and Luna and cannot wait for them to visit!
Parent Partnership Afternoon
Thank you to those of you that joined us yesterday for our first Parent Partnership Afternoon. I was delighted with the turnout and so pleased to welcome parents back into Horsmonden again after what feels like a lifetime!
It was wonderful to see the children discussing their learning with you and showing off their work, particularly their inquiries. I am keen to run the event again and would welcome your feedback.
Chromebooks
Today we were furnished with 3 more trollies of Chromebooks courtesy of the Trust IT Team.
This is in addition to the 60 already here as well as the 30 iPads for KS1.
As a Trust we are committed to ensuring that children are ready for the digital world we live in and can use their IT skills effectively and safely.
