At 11am we gathered at the Horsmonden War Memorial to commemorate British and Commonwealth Servicemen and Women who died in the two world wars and later conflicts. Minister Phil Staddon and Reverend Trish led a peaceful, respectful service where the children of Horsmonden behaved impeccably.
Thank you to Year 6 for reading such well written poems reminding us of the significance of wearing poppy’s at this time and also to Year 5 for laying your hand crafted poppy wreath.
