Children should arrive at school at 8.40am through the green pedestrian gate by the staff car park. This gate and the wooden gate to the side of the year 6 classroom will be unlocked at 8.40am and parents and children can access their classrooms from there.
Registration closes at 8.50am; anyone who arrives after this time will be directed to the school office and recorded as late.
Every class has a 15 minute morning break, during which time they can have a healthy snack.
All children will have one hour for lunch. Reception, Year 1, Year 2 and Year 6 go straight into the first lunch sitting and Year 3, Year 4 and Year 5 have lunch in a second sitting. Lunch break, for all children, finishes at 13.00.
The end of the school day is at 15.20. The green gate and the wooden gate will be unlocked at 15.20 and all children in Year R to Year 4 should be picked up from their classrooms using the one way system. Children in Year 5 and Year 6 will be dismissed from the front entrance independently when their parents / carers arrive at the fence, unless we have permission for them to walk home on their own. Gates are locked again at 15.30. We ask that parents / carers do not allow their children to use the play equipment.
